To use your Swissmar mill, unscrew the top nut, remove the mill head and fill the reservoir with dry peppers, salts and spices. Grind contents by holding the mill body steady and turning the head in a clockwise direction. Tighten or loosen the top nut to adjust your grind from powdery fine to extra course. The Alice 4" Salt Mill is constructed of high quality acrylic. Its simple, but elegant design will compliment any kitchen.
